LDS tools membership list does not match MLS

Who is responsible for updating the information on lds tools?
I have been receiving requests in my Stake to update families' information on the LDS-Tools, but I've never done this before, or not even sure if that is my responsibility as a Stake Clerk. Can you help me find the answer? I'm assuming that the ward clerks can do that by updating them through MLS?

Correct. The info should be updating automatically from MLS and and new calendar. There there has been some complaints that it's not working right. I think you'll need to dig a bit deeper.MicahFaia wrote:I'm assuming that the ward clerks can do that by updating them through MLS?
As a stake person, your responsibility will be to properly record the stake callings as a standard position in the stake MLS. (Wards only record the ward callings.)
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
