LCR mail merge?

Other oddities have been observed from time to time, perhaps most importantly for widows or widowers whose mailing labels have at times shown both the name of the living and the deceased spouse:

If non-member marriages don't contain all of the requested information this might happen. A good reason to obtain and enter all of the information on marriages: name and birth date of spouse, location and date of marriage, if a member or not.
