If you're a default approver at the stake level and you want more control over ward calendars, add yourself as a building scheduler to each location in the stake. You'll then have control to manage every calendar for your stake. Your view will still be limited, though, to your ward's calendars and stake calendars. But when viewing events by Subscribed Locations, you'll have the power to change any calendar's details.

I have added myself to the other wards as a building scheduler but still get this "USER NOT AUTHORIZED" error message. I have tried all that has been suggest many times, and have had others verify what we have done and nothing seems to change. Could there be some setting that might not be obvious or hidden else where?
