This thread was originally about surnames missing from Organization lists when displayed on a browser. That has been fixed. But the surnames have been noted to be absent when printing. This was reported earlier in this thread and the problem has not been fixed yet.

I printed a Relief Society list a couple of months ago with no problems, but now most (but not all) of the surnames are not appearing at all.

I can see the surnames listed under each organization on the directory page. However, when I try to print a roster (RS in my case), no surnames are listed on the PDF. Can someone please revisit the issue? Thanks!

The problem has been identified and acknowledged by a Church employee (see this post). At this point all we can do is wait for the problem to be fixed.

Still need last names for the RS list. How do I export the list so that I can manipulate it for our use?

The list is not exportable. But you can copy and paste from the page displayed on the web page. It is not elegant, but it is an option. You could also ask your ward clerk to print the list from MLS.

As of January 6th 2014, this problem is still going on. When I go to print an organization list (for example an elder's quorum directory), only first names appear.
