Woah, that's like magic
. Now all I need to do is get the bishopric busy finishing off the surprising number of "Set Apart: false" I can now see!
You're fabulous! Thanks!

Wow, now that's why I love this forum. Can't believe I missed that all this time. Thanks!Biggles wrote: Tue Apr 18, 2023 9:22 am
In LCR if you go to the Members with Callings, under Organisations/Callings, then click on the label Set Apart. This will bring up all those who haven’t been set apart to the top of the list!
You can then click on all those not set apart, then go to the Print button and select the appropriate option there!
Hopefully this is what you’re after!

Hello, I am wondering if this site is still active and working? I am getting the spinning wheel and nothing happens.
Thanks in advance!

Yes, it is still active and should be working. I just tested it and there were no problems loading for my ward.
Occasionally the church changes the format of data which requires updates, but that doesn't seem to be the case today.
Feel free to send an email to the address from the bottom of the site and we can try to figure out what is causing the issue.
Thanks!

This is really cool. I tried to "print changes" and got an 18-page document that was formatted oddly. Am I doing something wrong?

Re: Tool for managing callings
Thanks so much for reporting that. I'm seeing the same problem here as well. As a workaround, if you cancel the print, then click on the "Print Changes" button a second time it seems to work correctly. I'll see what can be done to get that resolved so you don't have to jump through that extra hoop.mikecourt wrote: Sun Nov 10, 2024 8:16 am This is really cool. Re: Tool for managing callings
callingmanager.com is exactly what I'm looking for. Does any know if it is still working? After logging into LCR, when I click on the link to the LCR calling data, I get this error:
<!doctype html><html lang=\"en\"><head><title>HTTP Status 404 – Not Found</title><style type=\"text/css\">body {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;} h1, h2, h3, b {color:white;background-color:#525D76;} h1 {font-size:22px;} h2 {font-size:16px;} h3 {font-size:14px;} p {font-size:12px;} a {color:black;} .line {height:1px;background-color:#525D76;border:none;}</style></head><body><h1>HTTP Status 404 – Not Found</h1></body></html>
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Tool for managing callings
It looks like in the last week LCR changed how they present calling data to your browser. It used to be through a simple JSON file here: https://lcr.churchofjesuschrist.org/api ... e&lang=engosophoski wrote: Sun Mar 01, 2026 7:16 pm callingmanager.com is exactly what I'm looking for. Past changes have usually just needed a small adjustment to the location of the data or how it's requested. This one will be a bit more involved. I'm currently swamped with other responsibilities. If any devs want to take a look and let me know what you find, I'm happy to implement the needed change.
If not I'll take a look at it after my time frees up a bit.
Just to point in a general direction, it looks like "main.js" is making a call to "https://mltp-api.churchofjesuschrist.or ... /unit-data" which should return data including "Unit Callings".
There may be some authorization steps beyond just being a logged in user.
