locked icon - records visibility

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. locked icon - records visibility

I never changed my security settings but now my account is not visible to ward or stake members.
I can't find where to switch it back to being open.

The visibility settings can be edited in either the online Ward Directory and Map or in the Member Tools mobile app. Select your household name and then click the "Edit Information" button in the online Ward Directory or tap the edit icon (pencil in blue circle) in Member Tools and then select the "Privacy" tab to edit the household visibility setting. Select your name while viewing the household and then follow the same steps for editing the household privacy setting to change your personal privacy settings.

And remember, the individual visibility cannot be less restrictive than the household visibility (as I understand). For example, if the household is set to "Private - Leadership only" every member of the household will be held to that visibility level regardless of the individual settings.
