> [[Meetinghouse Technology]] > [[Virtual Meetings]]

Zoom is the preferred option for broadcasting local church meetings. The church has made available a free enterprise zoom license to all local units since December of 2020.

The following FAQ will answer many of the frequently-asked-questions that Technology Specialists have on how to use Zoom, and how to transition to Zoom.

== Transition to Zoom ==

=== Q. How can I transition from using a streaming platform (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) to using Zoom webinar without substantial cost or effort?   ===
'''A.''' Units using hardware like cell phones (Larix Broadcaster) or laptops (OBS) can transition easily by installing the Zoom app and selecting the correct audio and video sources. Units with encoders like Teradek can transition by using an HDMI to USB video capture device and a laptop as shown below.

[[File:HDMI to USB.jpg|433x433px]]

HDMI to USB video capture devices can be purchased for under $50.00. If your system does not carry audio in the HDMI, you can purchase an HDMI capture card that has a built-in 3.5mm audio input. The capture card will allow your existing camera infrastructure to be used within Zoom as the camera source.

It is recommended that local units use an existing laptop if available. If not available, units should purchase a low-cost laptop or use a member-provided laptop.

Units using the Mevo all-in-one camera or similar device may setup the device as a [https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fhelp.mevo.com%2Fhc%2Fen-us%2Farticles%2F360047065631-Mevo-Wired-and-Wireless-Webcam-Mode-Beta-&data=04%7C01%7Cbret%40ChurchofJesusChrist.org%7Cc638a18fb11845fa06af08d97c4f15c3%7C61e6eeb35fd74aaaae3c61e8deb09b79%7C0%7C0%7C637677501372535983%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=tmr7hxJHdq1HbK%2BwQqdSJrABHv%2FwUL0wjxXL0zB5K9w%3D&reserved=0 wired webcam.]

== Church Zoom Account ==

=== Q. How do I request a Church-provided Zoom license? ===
'''A.''' To request a Church-provided Zoom license, stake, mission, or district Technology Specialists can acquire licenses for units at meet.churchofjesuschrist.org. The Technology Specialist's calling must be recorded in Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR) to access the website.

Once on the website, select "Manage" under the "Local Units" option to request or manage Zoom accounts.

The Technology Specialist should provide an email address for the person managing the local unit license. Zoom will then send instructions on how to complete the account setup and activation.

[[Creating Church Zoom Account|Click Here for more information on creating a Church Zoom Account]]

=== Q. What features are included in the Church-provided Zoom license? ===
A. The Zoom license provided by the Church includes several additional functionalities not included in a free Zoom license, such as the following:

* Concurrent meetings
* Zoom webinar
* Up to 500 connections (meetings and webinars)
* Unlimited meeting length
* Account sharing —The Church’s agreement with Zoom allows the user credentials to be shared within the unit, provided that the account is used only for Church purposes.

A local unit Zoom account would enable local units to:

* Multiple Sunday School classes to be held simultaneously using the breakout room feature.
* Relief Society and Elder’s Quorum Meetings to be held simultaneously.
* Bishopric Meetings and Presidency Meetings to be held simultaneously.
* A running stream used by multiple wards throughout the day for Sacrament Meetings.
* One ward can hold a sacrament meeting while other wards using the same building can hold Bishopric Meetings or other leadership meetings.
* Large Webinars for streaming conferences without the zoom interactive meeting interface.

[[Second-Hour Classes|Click Here for more information on use of Zoom Features and Zoom breakout rooms]].

=== Q. How do I tell if I have a Church-provided Zoom license? ===
'''A.''' Sign into the Zoom account and confirm the following:

* Account name under '''Account Profile''' shows “Church of Jesus Christ – local units.”
* '''Profile''' section '''License Type''' shows “Meeting 500 Participants” and “Webinar 500 Participants.”

If the Zoom account does not match the information above, it is not assigned the Church-provided Zoom licensing.

=== Q. What do I do if my Zoom account doesn’t have the Church-provided licensing? ===
'''A'''. If the email is assigned to a unit in the Meet portal and has a status of “Setup Complete,” contact the Global Services Department or request assistance through the Meet portal feedback button.

If the email is assigned to a unit in the Meet portal and has a status of “Setup Not Complete,” check the email address inbox for an account activation/transfer email from Zoom. If the activation email was not received, contact the Global Services Department or request assistance through the Meet portal feedback button.

If the email is not assigned to a local unit in the Meet portal, request a license if the stake/district/mission has any remaining available licenses.

=== Q. Can we get more than one license per unit?  ===
'''A.''' In the rare case where a unit requires an additional license, an STS can submit that request through [https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org meet.churchofjesuschrist.org]. The cost is subsidized by the Area or Stake budget at $90/year per license. Exceptions require detailed justification and approval.

=== Q. Will previously scheduled meetings be deleted when upgrading to a Church-provided license?  ===
A. No. Meetings and webinars associated with a Zoom account that is upgraded with the Church Zoom licensing will not be deleted or changed.

=== Q. Can local units get a refund if they already purchased a Zoom license? ===
'''A.''' Yes. If a local unit purchased a Zoom license before Church-provided licenses were available, Zoom can refund the unused balance if the license was not being paid for on a month-to-month basis.

Local units that have already purchased an account directly from Zoom can either keep it or transfer it to a Church account. To transfer the account to the Church provided Zoom accounts, follow the steps outline in the [[Transferring Zoom Account to Church Zoom Account]] article.

If you follow the account registration process in meet.churchofjesuschrist.org and complete the activation email sent by Zoom, but still have a basic account, contact the GSD or submit feedback through the [https://research.churchofjesuschrist.org/jfe/form/SV_5bYzR8hzY8R1gkl feedback button] in the [https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org/ meet.churchofjesuschrist.org portal.]

=== Q. How do I change the email address associated with a local unit’s Zoom license? ===
'''A'''. Do not change the email address within the Zoom profile on the official Zoom website. Have the Stake Technology Specialist sign into <nowiki>https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org/</nowiki>.

In the Local Units Box, select “Manage”.

From the list shown, locate the associated Local Unit Zoom account needing the email address changed. Click on the existing email address.

In the box, enter the new email address for that unit’s Zoom account. Click the Update button.
[[File:License 2.png|none|thumb|871x871px]]
An email will be sent to the new email address to finalize the Local Unit Zoom account activation.

=== Q. What email address should be provided for Zoom accounts? ===
'''A.''' Use a unique email address for each license. Technology Specialists should manage these accounts and consider using stake Gmail accounts with task-specific sub-accounts for wards or branches.

[https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.google.com%2Fa%2Fusers%2Fanswer%2F9308648%3Fhl%3Den&data=04%7C01%7Cbret%40ChurchofJesusChrist.org%7Cc638a18fb11845fa06af08d97c4f15c3%7C61e6eeb35fd74aaaae3c61e8deb09b79%7C0%7C0%7C637677501372525986%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=rLkx%2Bu8LmC9%2BRnD6EmeWksfboZbVozx15nyY4VFab0A%3D&reserved=0 Click here for more information.]

=== Q. Who has access to manage General Church Zoom accounts for Local Units? ===
<blockquote>''Note: Many local leaders purchased Zoom accounts before General Church Zoom accounts were available.  Local units are encouraged to transfer these accounts to a Church Zoom account.  These accounts can be managed through https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org''. </blockquote>

'''A.''' The following callings are the only approved users to manage General Church Zoom accounts.

* Stake called Technology Specialist
* District called Technology Specialist
* Mission Technology Specialist

If a Technology Specialist does not have access to https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org then they should contact their Stake Clerk to correct the information recorded in Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR) and verify they have one of the callings listed above.

If it still doesn't display, try the follow:

* Clear browsers cache and cookies.
* Verify you are using the correct URL of https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org.

=== Q. How do I get the activation email resent? ===
'''A,''' When activating a Local Unit Zoom license, an activation email is sent to the email listed during activation.  If the email was never received the Technology Specialist can resend the activation email.

# Go to https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org.
# Select Enroll under the Zoom Accounts for Church Units option.
# Find the account that did not receive the activation email and click on "Resend Activation Email".
# An email will be sent to the email address listed.
# Click on the Approve the Request option in the "Zoom Account Invitation" email sent by Zoom.

== Using Zoom for Church Meetings ==

=== Q. Can you host a webinar and interactive meeting concurrently? ===
'''A.''' No. Local units can either run a single webinar or two concurrent standard Zoom meetings. These limitations include:

* Users cannot host multiple webinars at the same time.
* Users cannot host 1 meeting and 1 webinar at the same time.
* Users with [https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0061749 scheduling privilege] can manage and act as an [https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067027 alternative host] for all meetings.

=== Q. When a new ward or stake is created, will a new Church-provided Zoom account be available? ===
'''A.''' Yes, accounts are available in the Meet portal based on unit numbers. It may take up to a week for the license to appear after a new unit is created.
=== Q. What is the suggested platform for events requiring over 500 connections, such as Stake Conference, Regional Conference, Firesides, etc.? ===
'''A.''' Use Zoom for moderation and redirect overflow participants to YouTube Live for larger events like Stake or Regional Conferences. Zoom allows speaker management via a waiting area.
=== Q. What can replace the webcast webpage that hosts the links? ===
'''A.''' To more easily inform Church members about local Zoom broadcasts, event created using a Church Zoom license are now automatically imported into the Church Meet "Events" section. This allows event managers to view and publish their scheduled local Zoom events onto the Church's public "Broadcast" page alongside all Church broadcasts at [https://broadcasts.churchofjesuschrist.org broadcasts.churchofjesuschrist.org]. Local events will only be visible to members within their designated unit and when they are logged in. Click [[Local Broadcasts on Gospel Stream|HERE]] for more instructions.
Computer systems operate in a constantly changing environment. It is important that as a technology specialist, you regularly evaluate the system health of all clerk computers in the stake.

There are many systems trying to access or update the computer system. Some of these updates are appropriate, but some are malicious attacks seeking unapproved access to the clerk computer. Performing system health checks will help protect machines from being misused.

== TASK: CONFIRM COMPUTER FUNCTIONALITY ==

# Verify that the system powers on properly.
# Verify that the hard drive is not compromised:
#* Open '''Explorer''' and select '''This PC''' in the sidebar.

# Confirm that each system user has his or her own password and that it is properly protected.
# Make sure that the computer is always connected to the firewall and that the firewall is functional.
# Identify and remove any viruses.
#** Click '''Run a new advanced scan'''.
#*** This may take an hour or more to complete; be sure to give yourself sufficient time to run the program.

== TASK: REMOVE ANY UNAPPROVED SOFTWARE ==
Clerk computers should only be used for Church functions such as managing membership records and finances. Local stake leaders can approve additional software if it is needed for specific Church use. Improperly licensed software should be removed.
#* Click '''View update history'''.
#* Check that each update has installed successfully.
== TASK: CONFIRM THAT COMPUTERS ARE LEFT ON WHEN NOT IN USE ==

# Where possible, the clerk computer should be left on so it can receive updates when it is not in use. It may not be advisable to leave computers on in areas where electricity costs are high or where the meetinghouse runs on a generator that is only powered on as needed. In these cases, when power is applied to the computer system, it may need to reboot while performing updates.

== ListenWIFI ==
With ListenWIFI, audio from the chapel sound system — and other rooms with sound systems — is streamed over the meetinghouse’s wireless network to an app downloaded to church members’ smartphones. They can access multiple audio streams anywhere Wi-Fi is available in the meetinghouse.

[[File:ListenWIFI_Overview_Graphic.png|frameless|620x620px]]

=== Benefits for Church Attendees ===

* Enables attendees to access interpretation or assistive listening on their smartphones with either wired headphones (recommended), neck loops (works with telecoil-enabled hearing aids or cochlear implants), or Bluetooth earbuds or hearing aids.

* Eliminates the need to borrow radio frequency (RF) devices from the meetinghouse library and reduces the stigma of needing to ask for special assistance.
* Since attendees can use their own smartphones instead of loaner devices, there are fewer issues with broken or lost equipment, drained batteries, or cleaning of the devices.
* In some meetinghouses, ListenWIFI enables attendees to move from the chapel to a classroom and find an audio stream.

'''Note:''' For assistive listening and/or interpretation to be available in other areas of the building (such as the Relief Society room, cultural hall, or Primary room), instructors/interpreters must use a microphone plugged into the appropriate input jack in the room. Not all meetinghouses are equipped with these microphone input jacks in rooms besides the chapel.

=== Handouts for Church Attendees ===
These 1-page handouts should be printed and distributed to Church attendees who wish to use the ListenWIFI app.

Printing in color would be ideal, but black-and-white prints will suffice.[https://tech.churchofjesuschrist.org/wiki/images/a/a2/ListenWiFi_Instructions_Standard_Print_with_Tips_English.pdf]

= Zoom Platform & Meetinghouse A/V Distribution System =
Stake centers are equipped with video distribution systems. These systems allow stakes to distribute audio and video from the chapel to other areas of the building and stream to other buildings. They are primarily used for stake conferences and other stake level events. These systems are currently equipped with a Teradek device. Following the change from MHW to Zoom, the Teradek will become obsolete. It

is not compatible with Zoom.

===== Zoom Requirements: =====
The main requirement when it comes to Zoom is that a software client is needed to connect to a meeting or host a broadcast. The software client is what handles sending the audio and video to Zoom and can be run on a computer or cell phone. Because of this requirement, it is not possible to use existing A/V equipment in meeting houses to connect directly to Zoom in the same way it has been used to send an A/V stream directly to Meetinghouse Webcast or a 3rd party solution like YouTube live. However, it is possible to connect an external camera and audio source to a computer to be used for a Zoom broadcast. Depending on the existing A/V equipment in a meetinghouse, the hardware needed to connect to a computer will vary.

===== USB Capture Card for Audio & Video: =====
The main component used in these scenarios is a USB capture card. The capture card is responsible for receiving the video and audio from the meetinghouse equipment and sending it to the computer over USB. The computer then uses the external sources for the Zoom event. In the case of audio, meetinghouses may or may not be sending the audio through the HDMI output. If audio is included in the HDMI output, the video converter only needs the HDMI port. If audio is not included, the video capture card will need to have an additional port for the audio, typically a 3.5mm jack. Assuming the building has a 3.5mm jack it is possible to run the building’s audio source directly into the computer, but there is a risk of introducing latency between the audio and video feeds with this configuration.
Note: FM Groups may provide one capture card per stake center, as a replacement for the existing Teradek device.

===== Older Building Options: =====
Some older buildings may not have an HDMI output that can be sent to a video capture card. They may have a VGA, RCA, or component output instead. In this case, an additional piece of equipment is needed to convert the video feed to HDMI to go to the video capture card. If a building does not have an output jack of any kind from the PTZ camera or audio, there is no way to use the building A/V hardware with Zoom.
===== A/V Distribution to Zoom Using Video Capture Card =====
''To install the capture card, remove the current Teradek, and attach the capture card in its place. When needed, members may connect their laptop or similar device to the capture card.''
|1. '''HDMI Output:''' You will need an HDMI out which can be found in different sections of the chapel such as the pulpit, wall jacks, and media racks.
|2. '''HDMI to USB capture device:''' Connect the other end of the HDMI to the video capture device. If your system does not carry audio through HDMI, you will need an HDMI capture device that has a built-in 3.5mm audio input to interface with your chapel audio out. Connect the USB capture device to the laptop computer running Zoom.
|-
|3. '''Selecting Video Source in Zoom:''' Once you have logged into Zoom, go into the Settings panel, and click Video. You will find all available capture sources (such as USB Capture HDMI or Pro Capture Quad HDMI) in the pull-down Camera list, and if you are using a multi-channel card for multiple sources, each available channel is listed separately for you to choose from. The software detects the video capture devices automatically, and you can preview the source when the channel is selected for display.
|}

===== PTZ Camera Consideration: =====
NOTE: If there is a PTZ camera already in place, continue to use the existing camera. In stake centers where a camera is not in place, stakes may request the FM group to install one of the following options:
[https://office365lds-my.sharepoint.com/:b:/g/personal/mmatute_churchofjesuschrist_org/EWSZLxQ09_9BgbRRzsTYJUYBHFDg4iB0iodZ9nRXFR8HNQ?e=SZXW3I RL500 - PTZ Camera]: This is the new PTZ camera offering available on E-Market: The RL500 - PTZ Camera from Clear-Touch is the current E-Market offering. According to our product tests, this camera performed better than other PTZ cameras available on the market. There is no PTZ camera on the market at this price point that offers the features that the RL500 provides.

===== Laptop computer considerations: =====
For units that only broadcast intermittently (e.g. Stake conference every 6 months) you would not need a laptop each week but just when you have an event to broadcast. It is recommended that local units use an existing laptop if available. If not available, units should purchase a low-cost laptop or use a member-provided laptop.

===== Capture Cards: =====
Capture cards vary drastically in price depending on quality, and features. For our purposes, superior quality cards can be found for about $150 USD. Due to variation in Member-provided computers used to host the Zoom sessions, there is no single card that will work with all devices; however, USB-C compatible capture cards offer the broadest compatibility. Before purchasing a capture card for local units, ensure one is needed, and that USB-C style will be compatible with their device. >[[Meetinghouse Technology]] > [[Audio Video Distribution]]

'''''Note''':'' '''These instructions assume that the user has a Mackie 402VLZ4 or similar mixer and an LDS/MECP wiring kit, both of which are available through Poll Sound. The total cost of these two items is typically just under $200 USD. Poll Sound serves the United States and Canada. It is located at 4026 South Main, Salt Lake City, UT 84107. The phone number is 1-801-261-2500. Outside of the United States and Canada, contact the area office for assistance in ordering similar meetinghouse webcast products and components.'''

A stake center satellite system usually includes equipment to create a TV feed from the chapel and send it to TV sets in other rooms, such as the Primary and Relief Society meeting rooms. These rooms can then be used for overflow seating, by parents with young children, or for the broadcasting of additional languages.

The following setup feeds the sound from the chapel sound system into a mixer. This enables the technology specialist to better control the audio levels input into the webcast encoding device.

# In the satellite TV equipment rack, locate the chapel or camera modulator (''Note:'' This is the equipment that creates the TV channel).

[[File:Satellite Equipment Rack.png|251x251px]][[File:Mackie Audio Mixer.png|251x251px]]

* Find the audio input on the modulator (usually on the back). Unplug the audio cable that feeds the camera modulator (input). Plug the male end of the Y cable into the modulator. (The Y cable and all other cables used in this setup are included in the LDS/MECP wiring kit.)
* Plug the cable you just unplugged from the modulator into one leg of the Y cable.
* Find the cable in the kit that has an RCA connector on one end and a ¼-inch headphone connector on the other end. Plug the RCA end of the cable into the empty leg on the Y cable. Plug the ¼-inch headphone connector into the “'''audio input 1'''” on the mixer.

''Note: With these connections made, the gain or volume on the mixer can be set up.''

# Have someone talking at the pulpit in their normal voice. On the mixer, find the knob labeled “'''Gain'''” by the input connector. This knob adjusts the first stage gain trim. Locate the channel volume knob at the bottom of the mixer. Just above and to the right of this knob is a little red LED light. Adjust the gain trim knob until the light turns on when the person at the pulpit speaks, then turn the knob clockwise until the light never comes on while the person is speaking.

''Note: Whenever this light is on, the sound is distorted. Generally, once the gain trim knob has been adjusted, it will never need to be adjusted again. However, if someone speaks with an exceptionally loud voice, the light may turn on. If this happens, turn the trim knob down a bit until the light goes off. After that individual has finished speaking, return the trim knob to its original setting.''

# On the mixer, just above the input control knob is a push button. This button either separates or combines the input signals. For a meeting such as a stake conference, the input signals should be combined. You can test if the signals are combined by having someone speak at the pulpit while you turn the volume control (bottom knob) up. If both VU meters respond, the button is in the combined position. If only the left VU meter lights up, the signals are separated. Push the button to combine the channels. Both VU meters should now respond and have the same readings.

=== Connections to the Webcast Encoding Device ===
The items from the cable kit that have not been used yet include:

* A cable with a 1/4-inch male connector on one end and an XLR male (three-pin mic plug) connector on the other end.
* A cable with an XLR female connector on one end and a 1/8-inch stereo earphone male connector on the other end.
* A 30 dB pad.
* A cable with a 1/4-inch male connector on each end.
* An Emtec EJ-R and a coiled phone handset cord.

=== Final steps ===
Using the stake conference setup as an example, let’s assume that the left output from the mixer feeds into the webcast encoding device and the right output feeds into the telephone backup device. See more on Audio Backup

# Locate the 1/4-inch male to XLR male cable and plug the 1/4-inch end into the left output on the mixer.
# Locate the 30 dB pad and plug it into the XLR male connector end of the cable.
# Locate the XLR female to 1/8-inch stereo cable and plug the XLR end into the 30 dB pad.
# Plug the 1/8-inch stereo end of the cable into the 3.5 mm audio input on the webcast encoding device.

''Note:'' The audio from the sound system is now connected to the webcast encoding device. The mixer is also connected so that the user can see the volume of the sound being transmitted and adjust it as needed.

For normal operations, adjust the volume knob for channel 1 on the mixer so that the LEDs on the VU meter come up to, but not above, zero. If they are above zero, the audio will be distorted at the receiving sites.

''Note:'' Normal operations for an event require that the input knob be adjusted each time a new person starts speaking or when music is being presented. The input knob can rarely be left in the same position for an entire meeting.

== ListenWIFI ==

We’re upgrading Wi-Fi connectivity and internet speeds in Church buildings worldwide to support more reliable, flexible, and modern uses of technology.
Your building(s) will receive:

* Faster internet* (Where available- dependent on ISP offerings.)
* Comprehensive Wi-Fi coverage throughout your entire building
* New networking hardware with the latest available technology at the time of install
* Organized networking racks with labeled switch ports
* Professional certified installation of cat 6A cables from switches to access points
* Relocation of the server rack (if needed for ventilation or safety reasons)
* Network diagrams and other helpful documentation in Church Network Manager (CNM)

Progress Means Change-
Faster internet and comprehensive Wi-Fi coverage enable the benefits of a “wireless-preferred” approach. This means fewer network connection jacks will be needed in the future. This may require some adjustments to the way you connect your computers, printers and other equipment, but the long-term cost savings and enhanced flexibility will be worth the effort. What to know:

* Existing cable jacks in clerks’ offices and podiums might be removed without replacement, depending on the design of your building. All Church-provided clerk computers, printers, and copiers are capable of connecting wirelessly to the network. In the case of non-standard equipment, inexpensive adapters can be used to convert a wired connection to a wireless one.
* Every chapel will receive a network connection jack at the rear of the chapel where an IP-capable PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) camera can be installed for streaming meetings from the stand. Cameras are not provided as part of this project, but can be ordered through your country’s purchasing guide on the e-Market.
* Remember that the Lehi SSID can be used by local leaders to connect to the internet when Liahona is turned off.

Why This Project Now?

The equipment is reaching the end of its useful life. Rather than replacing individual devices, we're taking a holistic approach to improving coverage and speeds in each meetinghouse. Upgrading your network at this time will:
* Keep your building’s network secure and running smoothly
* Improve teachers’ success rate with streaming Church videos for lessons
* Eliminate dead zones where Wi-Fi doesn't currently reach
* Ensure internet speeds meet a minimum standard set by the Meetinghouse Facilities Department.

What is the Role of the Stake Technology Specialist?
Due to the global scale and time constraints of this project, the Church has hired 3rd party vendors to perform the upgrades. Facility Managers are providing access instructions and blackout dates to the vendors. We want technology specialists and local leaders to be informed of what is happening, but our goal is that you will not be required to do any of the work to upgrade the network. Following the upgrade, you will need to reconnect any devices that lost a wired connection. You will also want to familiarize yourself with the documents attached to the property in CNM. Technology Specialist should not try to install or fix cables. If you notice issues with the physical installation, please report them to your Facility Manager, who will contract professional installers to address the issues. CNM has a feature to assess cable performance. If tests fail, work with your Facilities Management Group to hire a professional cable installer to replace bad cables.

Questions or Feedback?
If you have questions or suggestions, please reach out to your Facility Manager.
