I'm the Executive Secretary for our ward and I need to create restrictions for the nights that each of the units has the building. I read the instructions on lds.org (https://www.lds.org/help/support/calend ... s?lang=eng), but the option to create a restriction doesn't show up. Is there something wrong with my account? Or what do I need to do so I can create restrictions?

A stake administrator would have to set you up as a Building Scheduler in the calendar system for your location. Being a unit calendar admin does not give you that right.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
