LDS.org videos not working

Trying to view and download three videos for upcoming Stake Conference on the page "Implementation Guide for Stake Presidencies and Bishoprics".

The associated videos do not seem to work or is it something I'm doing wrong. Under the headings: Individuals and Families, Sunday School (for Youth and Adults), and Primary.

Any suggestions?

I just watched the first part of all three using Firefox 60.2.2esr and downloaded the first one to an MP4 file. When viewing the page, some of the images loaded very slowly, so perhaps servers are/were heavily loaded at the moment. Here are a few attempts at suggestions:

• Delete all cookies,
  Clear the browser cache,
  Do a full reload on the page (Shift-Ctrl-R in Firefox),
  Try a different browser.

One more attempt at a suggestion:

• Have someone else download them and save them to a USB stick or SD card.
