No forgot username option

My daughter has been trying to log into her account. It keeps telling her an account already exits. I’ve read all the help topics on forgetting user name so she can figure out what the username is. All of them say click the forgot username option. That option is not anywhere. Only a need help signing in which then prompts you to create a new password. No help regarding username recovery. With online seminary coming up we need to get this fixed. We had this issue in the spring and it never could get fixed so she couldn’t login to anything for her seminary class. What am I missing?

It does seem to have changed with the new login pages.

• On the login page, click on "Need help signing in?".
• That will expose a "I forgot my username or password." link.
• Clicking on that will take you to a "Account Recovery" page where you can use your registered email or mobile phone to recover it.

I think I was able to figure it out. The only place there is a forgot username name option is on the LDS library app. After going down a rabbit hole to get to where I needed to change and delete stuff I was able to get her logged in. Hallelujah!
