this may not be the right post for my question: I set up direct debits for tithing/fastofferings 2020/2021 twice after 5 months the the direct debits stopped coming out of my bank account - I called the bank and they tell me its the receiver (Church of Jesus Christ) whom I need to contact - I live in Scotland so presumably this is under europe - I dont have dteails who to contact for this - Jan 2021 I redid my Direct Debits April 2021 was the last donation taken out - any help will be greatly appreciated

Are we talking about online donations?
If yes, donations are only taken out when you instigate the payment. Unlike a Standing Order these payments don't automatically recur each month.
Contact your ward clerk about the issue. If he isn't able to help, ask for the contact details on whom to contact in the Church.
