Other Existing Church Account

So I know that I have another existing account attached to my MRN. However, I made that account back when I was 12, I probably used my old elementary school email that I no longer have access to, and I have no clue how I would recover it. How can I transfer my MRN and info to my new account without recovering my old one?

The easy way (if it's available for your account) is to go to https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org and click on 'I forgot my username or password'. Then use the Church Membership Information option to recover the old account information. Once you have access to the old account you can just use it or you can delete it (there is button on the Personal Information page after you log in from https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org). Once you've deleted the old account you should be able to add your MRN to your new account.

If that option doesn't work another way is to ask your ward clerk to change the email on your membership record to a current email. You should get an email to confirm that you own the email address. Once you have confirmed the email then you can use that email to recover your old account.

hi, I have the same problem as her, I can no longer access my old account it also doesn't have email and phone associated with the old account, and it's now so complicated on my end especially I am a pathway student, my pathway records are not updated.

As your ward clerk for help. He can change the email attached to you, which might fix the access problem.

Failing that, he can supply the phone number to support to have you contact them.
