I need to update my address in order to be able to receive my Temple clothing.

To change your address on your membership record, you need to contact your ward clerk/ward membership clerk.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
