Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Most situations for the Church account recovery are covered in the first topic thread of this sub-forum titled PLEASE READ FIRST: Answers to Most Church Account Problems. Follow the instructions in that thread and if you are still having problems you can post some more specific information. What have you tried, what are the results, and what messages do you get?

Please note that with the exception of parents and their minor children, the church does not support anyone recovering an account on behalf of anyone else.

Members have to recover their own account, either with or without help from others.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
