Re: Ministering
Using the technology in the Church you can see that in both Member Tools and online in the Ward Directory and Map of the Church website. In Member Tools select Directory, select your name, and then select the Ministering tab. View your ministering assignments online by signing onto the Church website and select Ward Directory and Map. Scroll down the directory to find your household name, select it, select your name, and select the Ministering tab.
Any questions about your ministering assignments should be directed to the relief society presidency or the elders quorum presidency, whatever the case may be.

Re: Ministering
Also, in Handbook 21.3, ministering interviews are described as happening at least quarterly (and earlier in the chapter, it states that when assignments are made, members of the EQ/RS Presidencies personally extend those assignments). One important aspect of these interviews is that they help connect and coordinate the work of a ministering brother/sister, with the Presidency members (and then on to the Bishop). Otherwise the minister just works in a vacuum, without knowing what the Presidency might want one to be aware of, and without being able to consistently relay info back to them.Any questions about your ministering assignments should be directed to the relief society presidency or the elders quorum presidency, whatever the case may be.
So I echo the suggestion to not just ask the question to the Presidency about who you minister to, but to request to meet with one of them to discuss your assignments.
