Donor Tax Statement Address does not Match Current Address

Hi all,

My 2023 Donor Tax Statement that I self-generated shows my physical address as the address that I lived at several years ago (and several house moves ago) and does not match my correct/current address which appears in LDS Tools and my Online Church account.

Does anyone know how to update my Donation Physical address to match my current address in LDS Tools please?

One of your ward clerks will need to contact the Global Service Department and ask them to sync up your donor address with your current membership address. It's generally supposed to happen automatically but sometimes there seem to be problems.

You may want to check that it is really the 2023 Tax Statement. I can't generate mine for 2023 yet. That usually happens close to the end of January.

Typically, the donation statement isn't available until some time after the 20th. It most certainly won't be available now.

Still, OP says he hasn't been at that address for years, so something is out of sync.

If it is only the address on your membership record, then contact your unit clerk. He is the one charged with maintaining your records. If your address on your Annual Charitable Cash Contributions Official Tax Summary Statement is different from the address on your membership record then ask your unit clerk to contact support at the Global Services Department (GSD).
