Hi all,
We're in the process of upgrading clerk computers in our Stake, and one unit requested a Chromebook. In one building, two units share a clerks' office, and while setting up the Chromebook, I enrolled the Chromebook with the other unit's number.
As stated on the Wiki, powerwashing only erases accounts and data, but the Chromebook remains enrolled in Church management. (In this case enrolled with the incorrect unit number.)
My first intuition is that the solution is server-side, and I'll need to get in touch with Global Services to have them update it. But I wanted to check in here in case someone knows the correct course of action.
Re-enroll Chromebook with correct unit number

Re: Re-enroll Chromebook with correct unit number
This is resolved. After some additional thought, I concluded that I did not make the error I initially thought I had made. I registered the Chromebook to the unit number printed on the property tag, which was correct.
The only error I made was initially installing the Chromebook on the wrong side of the clerk’s office.

Re: Re-enroll Chromebook with correct unit number
So I have this problem, I enrolled the Stake Chromebook wrong apparently as the FM group says that it is "NOT currently pinging ICS.". I have tried a Power Wash however I never get the option to put in the asset tag and location(Unit#). Does anyone know what needs to be done to fix this issue?
