Separated thread as the one mega kindoo thread is hard to follow.
If a user gets automatic access due to having a calling and we remove that user from Kindoo because that user has no need for it (say an accompanist who doesn't come practice because they can sight read perfectly or whatever) does it stay removed, or does the system put it back based on the calling the next time it syncs with LCR?
Presuming we can remove them and they stay removed, if we later determine that they need that access back how do we put it back with association to the calling? We can of course add them back in as a user at any time, but without the calling association. They would stay in the system even after release until manually removed again. Not an insurmountable issue, just wanting to understand what to expect.
Just trying to understand potential ramifications of actions we are thinking to make.

Re: Kindoo - automatic access by calling question about removal
My understanding is that the person should be removed from Kindoo until they receive another calling or until they are manually added back in. The synchronization should only happen when there is a change in a calling.
If you are unable to remove a user that was added by the synchronization, please ask your FM Group to enable that setting to allow managers to remove guests added by administrators.
