Expense receipt - vendor omits date

I was unable to find any other posts on this topic.

What to do when a vendor does not include date on their printed receipts? Should each receipt be accompanied by a separate letter listing a date?

The written statement provided by the member could likely include the date information for each of the receipts that are part of the reimbursement request, as opposed to a separate letter for each receipt.

Similar to what BrianEdwards states, I ask the member to write the date on the receipt and then sign it or initial it if space doesn't allow a signature.
