Recommend Temple Worker Tool offline?

Chapter 25 of the handbook says to access the Recommend Temple worker tool (recommendtempleworker.churchofjesuschrist.org) to submit people to be temple workers but this site seems to be offline. Is it really offline or is there a new process?

The DNS name won't even resolve the for me. I get NXDOMAIN when trying to resolve recommendtempleworker.churchofjesuschrist.org from each one of their DNS servers:

So either they've taken it out of DNS completely, have an infrastructure issue, or they've figured out how to return NXDOMAIN to people who are not authorized see the site (e.g. maybe they only allow DNS to resolve if it comes from a Church owned IP).

Very good point. Calling a local temple would probably be the best way to get up-to-date information on the current process until the handbook is updated to reflect any recent changes.
