Calendar stuck on save and will not add events

I am trying to add an event to the building location calendar. I have added all the necessary information, but when I click Save, the screen reloads and the event is never actually saved. Am I doing something wrong?

If you're using a web browser, there's a possibility the cookie build-up problem might be the cause of that. If you try the same operation in a private or incognito window and the problematic symptom goes away, please clear your browser's cache and delete relevant cookies. Or, you could just clear the cache and delete cookies instead of testing with private or incognito mode.

The forum is basically just user-to-user discussion. Nobody here is chartered to solve specific problems. If clearing the cache and deleting cookies doesn't help, you might need to use the Feedback link or button to request help over the official channel.

What is your calling(s)?

It's possible there's a disconnect between the permissions on the front end and the back end. The front end might accept and the backend says "nope".

Off the top of my head, only a stake calendar administrator and a someone designated in the calendar system as building scheduler for that location can add directly to the location calendar.
