Removing Calendar Items for Dissolved Ward due to Boundary Changes

My Stake and a few wards were recently dissolved and merged into another adjoining stake in January this year.

there is a calendar item for the Relief Society from my prior ward that was dissolved that is still appearing on the Stake Calendar that nobody seems to be able to go in and remove, we've contacted the stake who seems to have no ability to go in and remove it from their side either, we've submitted a couple tickets to the Global group regarding the issue.

Just wondered if there was anyone else out there who had run into this issue and were successful in removing such a calendar item and how you went about it if you were successful in removing it without having to reach out to headquarters for assistance?

If it's reserving any rooms at a church facility, then the building manager of that facility (as designated in the calendar system) should have the power to go into the location calendar and delete it.

A stake admin (like a clerk) might be able to do it, but again it would be on the location calendar.
