Worked with two other stake technology specialists this morning. Confirmed that 4 separate buildings in separate stakes are all not resolving to youtube.com on church networks. We updated the network adapter to use 8.8.8.8 instead for DNS. That did the trick.
Just in case this helps anyone this morning wondering why their broadcasts won't work.
