Kin not detected

Using a Samsung Z Flip3 with Android version 15. The Kindoo app (version 6.1.3) has all required permissions (Location, Nearby devices, Notifications, network access). I tried with cell data connection and while connected to Liahona Wi-Fi.

I have Kindoo access rights to the building (Guest, ALWAYS). I've used this phone successfully for other BLE applications, like hotel door entry, though not recently. I have no reason to believe the phone's BLE is broken.

When I'm near a door entry, it doesn't appear in the app. I tried all door sensors at my church building with distances of 6 feet to 2 inches away. I wiped the app data and logged in again -- same results. Tried the 'Calibrate my phone' feature and it didn't see any Kin.

Fortunately, we still have one door that uses a real key, and that technology is quite reliable.

Anybody else have this issue? Any suggestions?
