Bookmarks and saved files gone

All of my bookmarked and tagged items, conference talks, verses, etc. are missing. I’ve tried logging out and back in but can’t find them. Any suggestions on how to get these back?

Did they disappear after a specific event (iOS update, app update, transferring to a new phone, etc.)?
Do you see your annotations if you sign in to Notes.ChurchofJesusChrist.org?
