Prior Units callings still showing

Prior Units callings still showing

Hello, We recently had couple move in from another ward and LCR & tools both show their callings from their previous units. When we go under their member profile and try to release them we don't have the option to release, just an info icon that says, "This is a ward calling, and only authorized ward leaders are able to edit this calling" when I hover over it.

Any thoughts on how to get this removed? It does complicate it that the brother was serving as Elders quorum president in their prior unit.

I'd contact Global Services Department.
