Ministering Assignments not showing up for users

Several of us noticed this at the same time in church today, as we were talking about Ministering, and recent changes made in our ward. Every one of us who looked could only see the first alphabetical family in our list and the rest of the names were missing. Our ward clerk looked on his phone and he could still see everything, so the data is there, but it is being filtered out from us end users. I checked from my laptop at home and saw the same lack of results, so this issue is not a Tools issue. It appears to be a problem within GDIR.

Interesting. Yeah, last week, I noticed that. One of the sisters I ministered to was removed from my list. I wondered why since I was just recently assigned to her. My ministering brothers were also removed and I just thought they were maybe working on changes since our ward had fairly recently combined with another.
So I have been updating/ lynching and I removed l d s tools, reloaded, and checked on both my phone and on my laptop, and I still only see the first sister listed. The other one has been removed.

My relief society president still said, I have both sisters. My companion said she has both sisters on her list, but I am not sure if it shows me as her companion.

My ward is experiencing the exact same thing. It’s very frustrating. We’ve tried every recommended fix we could find and nothing has worked. The members still only see a partial display of their updated ministering assignments. Please help.

The recommended fixes we have tried are:

• Confirmed assignments are fully saved and published in LCR

• Ran ‘Manually Sync’ inside the app

• Ran ‘Refresh Data’ inside the app

• Logged out of Member Tools completely and logged back in

• Confirmed we are running the latest version of the app

I think this is a broader system issue. Hopefully this gets to the right people in the Church IT department and they can find a resolution to the problem quickly.

It is the Global Support Department, but you used the feedback within the app so you don't need to contact them as well. The support ticket has already been created. Now you wait for them to respond.
