No icon

I just got my iPad and downloaded the gospel library, but it's not showing up on my iPad anywhere. It shows in the app store as installed, but I have no icon. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I am having the same problem with my iphone 4S. I can use the app with no problem if I go to the app store, search for it, and then open it, but I can't find it anywhere on my phone itself. I can view the version, acknowledgements, and edit a few advanced settings from the settings menu in my phone but that is all. It doesn't seem to be a common issue. Hope someone can figure it out!
