I am having trouble with the way a new couple's name is showing up in the online directory. If this couple's last name were "Jones", their names do not show up under "J", but actually under "Thomsen." I believe they lived with the wife's mother for a time, which is where the Thomsen came from, so under the directory it says "Thomsen, Joe and Jan. However, when you click on the name, to the right it shows their correct names underneath their picture. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? Thanks

In MLS, under household, check that the "family name" is correct. It's probably still set for "Thomsen". While you're in there, check that the individual last names are correct as well.
