Branch Organization Application

As Stake Clerk i prepared an application to form a YSA branch in our stake and forwarded it to the Stake President. He has been unable to forward it to the area presidency or to print it for mailing. He asked that I print it and mail it. I can't see a way to get it back.

Those are just pdf forms. How did you forward it to the Stake President? Was it an email?

They have a sign and forward feature. I should have printed before I did it.
