Show individual contact information in organizational directory

How do you create an organization-specific directory (e.g., Relief Society) that shows individual contact information rather than just household?

That's what it does already. In the Directory, if you go to the Ward Organizations section, and choose Relief Society, you'll see all the sisters in the RS on the right-hand side. For each sister, it will show her individual photo, individual phone number, and individual email address.
