Not sure where the best place to post this is, but I am also the ward employment specialist, (as well as the STS), and I have been getting weekly pdf reports listing my ward members who are in the system looking for work. The only problem is, all but one don't live in my ward. Any ideas?

Are these people in your stake? If so, it could be that you are somehow listed as a stake employment specialist, or that the the LDSJobs site is treating you that way.

Does the report you are getting clearly list your ward in the heading, or does it list your stake?

It clearly lists them as my ward, and no, some are not even in my stake. 2 are nowhere near my stake, 1 is 1 stake over, the rest are in my ward.
