Gospel Library 3 Crashes

For the past several days I've noted some instability in the Gospel Library 3, then today it has crashed and will not load.

I am using an iTouch (4th gen), iOS ver. 6.1.3. It is an 8 GB model with about 4 GB available. I do a lot of highlighting (I was toward the end of D & C 88 when the crash happened) and wondered if the excessive use of highlighting has created the instability. The app loads to the page and verse where I last was then crashes each time. Generally, I am running this in offline mode and turned off the sync by logging out of my account.

Anyone have any ideas on this? I've tried "resetting" the app, as well as shutting down the iTouch, but the result is the same.
