Custom attendance rolls

We are only a small branch with only 6 youth. Spread across YM & YW and all quorums. Is there a way to create an attendance roll in MLS that combines all quorums of YM into the same roll and likewise for the YW? We have the same issue for primary with some classes having 2 children in them, it seems like a huge waste of paper and resources to print off multiple pages where we could condense it into one roll.

Any one have any thoughts?

Classes can be combined. If all the YW are combined I recommend combining both the Mia Maid and Beehive classes into the Laurel class.

Aaronic Priesthood quorums should not be combined IAW Handbook 2, 8.11, second paragraph. The quorum Sunday meetings for instruction can be combined however. Therefore the same solution for attendance rolls in MLS is not recommended for the Aaronic Priesthood. But the final decision is up to your branch president. He may need to counsel with the district president/stake president about this.
