Photos for Leaders in YSA Wards

I am a counselor in a YSA stake presidency. I can see photos of the YSAs, but I can't see photos of bishopric members and other members of the stake presidency and the YSAs in our stake can't see my photo even though it is there and I can clearly see it. What are we doing wrong?

Has your photo been approved by the ward clerk (or some other Directory administrator) in your home ward? Until that happens, you'll be the only member of your YSA ward who can see it.
