Online signup for tithing settlement
The bishop has asked about the possibility of using an online signup process to schedule tithing settlement sessions. Is anybody doing this already?

I was visiting a ward last week in Ohio that announced that they were doing this. Unfortunately I had to take off right after Sacrament Meeting to catch a flight, so I don't know what site they are using.
I am aware of a site called www.youcanbook.me, where you can do this and it will integrate with Google Calendar or iCloud Calendar. That's all I know based on the front page of the site. I've not used it myself, but it looks like it might do what you're looking for.

I built a new tool called Wardkit.app, and it has a scheduling system in it that works perfect for tithing settlement, with sign up slots, free reminders, text messaging, etc....
It also builds weekly programs, digital programs, creates reports of who has or has not spoken in church, builds conducting sheets for all of your ward business and whatnot, ward calling maps to have a visualization of where everyone is serving with drag and drop to move everyone around, and a bunch more stuff for keeping yourself organized.
Go check it out. Mostly I built if for myself (3rd time in a Bishopric), but I knew other wards would love it. It is 100% free. At some point I might charge a couple dollars to help pay for the SMS service I have to pay for, and for the database, but honestly, if wards will use it, it might just be my way of giving back.
Anyway, go check out the demo if you want to see it. There is a link on the menu.
