Editing a members "relative" information

I have a member in our ward who has requested i change his relative membership information. His mother's information is incorrect. He is connected to his mother's twin sister and not his mother. Who would i send this information to get updated?

Is the mother a member? If not, then you should be able to edit it.

If she is, then I'm not sure if you can connect your member to the correct person. You may need CHQ's help. You can always try the "Special Request" function. I can't remember if it's in LCR yet, but it should be in MLS.

You should be able to edit the mother in LCR even if she is a member. Find the member's profile in LCR, click on the Family tab and click the pencil icon to the right of the current 'mothers' information. You'll need either mother's membership number or her full name and birth date. It will lead you through the process of looking up the mother and making the correct connection.
