Video Transcripts Not Loading

For any video under the LDS Media Library, I am unable to view, print, or download the transcript.

When I click TRANSCRIPT at the bottom right corner of the video, all I get is a "Loading Transcript..." message that never finishes loading. Trying to print the transcript results in a similar message shown in a popup window. A download of the transcript contains just the video URL and a copyright message without the actual transcript. From my previous experiences, all the three options used to work just fine.

I am using the latest version of Chrome on a Windows 7 computer. I have checked that the issue reproduces successfully in Internet Explorer as well. Here is the URL of a video with the transcript problem: https://www.lds.org/media-library/video ... ncil-model

Transcripts seem to be working fine as of today.
