Audio playback stops after 1 minute when screen is turned off

Recently the audio for gospel library started stopping after 1 minute when the app is in the background or the screen is turned off. This seems to be happen only on gospel library app. I have not been able to find any timer settings. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

Sometimes there are phone settings that prevent apps from playing audio in the background. Here are a few things you could check:
1) (if you're on Android 8) Android Settings > Device maintenance > Battery > Always sleeping apps > make sure Gospel Library is not on the list.
2) (if you're on Android 9) Android Settings > Device care > Battery > Gospel Library > make sure "Put app to sleep" is OFF.
3) Android Settings > Apps > Gospel Library > Battery > make sure "Allow background activity" is ON.
