I am the finance clerk of my ward. I have a widow in my ward who needs her donation records all the way back to 2013. Myself as ward finance clerk and our stake finance clerk only have access to 3 years of donation records. Can anyone help me figure out how to get the older records? Or give me a number to contact?

The first thing I would try would be to have her sign on to ChurchofJesusChrist.org and go to the Donations site. Even though she may not have been making donations online, I believe she would still be able to see her donations history. The site goes back 10 years.
If that does not work, contacting the Global Service Center would be the next option. If you do not have the number, your stake clerk should have it. You will also be able to find it at the Help Center.

Most of the tithing was under her husband's name and he has passed away. Is there anyway to get those records? I don't think we can log in to his website account.
