Hello,
Recently I have received an “Access Denied” error when logging into LCR. This started late last year (2019) and has persisted all through this year. It is random.
Anyone else having this issue? Any thoughts?

I have seen it before. It seems to happen when there are server issues. For me, it seems to happen more often on Sundays when the server load is high. I find that usually the issue will clear itself after awhile, though there have been some longer "outages" they have worked through. I don't think there is anything for us to do about it other than be patient. There are other posts in this forum (from church employees) which lead me to believe they are well aware of the issues but the fix is not easy, nor quick. They all use the church systems in their respective church callings just like we do so they experience the issues as well.
