Son Not Showing Up In Ward Mission Menu
My family recently moved. We have a son on a mission. He showed up the the Ward Mission dropdown menu in our previous ward, but does not show up now. I contacted the ward financial clerk a month ago when we moved, and he told me the bishops would have to transfer his subaccount, which they did. We were told he would show up in the new ward after April 1, but it is now April 6 and he still is not showing up. The bishop and ward financial clerk are out of answers. What now?

The clerk is going to have to call up the missionary department to straighten that out.
It's possible it's taking a little longer due to General Conference.
