Unable to download "Hear Him" talk given by Pres Nelson

When I try to download President Nelson's "Hear Him" talk given in April 2020 Gen Conf, it downloads the file titled "2020-04-0040-a-bicentennial-proclamation-to-the-world-short-version-1080p-eng" which is President Nelson reading the Gospel Restoration proclamation in the Sacred Grove and NOT the talk given in Gen Conf. This video is shown during his talk, but it is not what I want to download! Is it possible to download his talk?

I followed your link and clicked on download and got "2020-04-4050-russell-m-nelson-1080p-eng.mp4", which seems to be the right file.

Is there a specific talk you're trying to download? I'm on Safari and I was able to download the MP3 both from the download menu (top right) and download button in the audio player, while viewing a talk. For example:

EDIT: I should have read this thread more carefully, it looks like you might be trying to download a video, not an audio file. I also was unable to download a video (the talk above as an example) in Safari. I tried clicking the download button in the video player, then clicking a video size, but nothing happened (the download didn't start). I'd recommend sending feedback using the Feedback link at the bottom of the page (when viewing a conference talk, the feedback link is at the bottom of the navigation sidebar on the left).
