Login to LCRF.
Click Expenses.
Click Expense Summary.
Click on the IROP you want to change.
Click Adjust Expense.
Select a budget category, and enter the amount.
Select another budget category, and enter the amount.
Repeat as many times as needed.
Click Save Changes.
Click Expenses.
Click Expense Summary.
