Temple - Baptismal Scheduling

When I go into the Temple site it seems to ONLY let you look at your Temple if you want to do "certain" work at the temple. and yet If I wanted to go to a temple and do Baptisms, I can only see my Temple and cannot look to see if there are other Temples that have opening near me. I have a daughter that has just gotten her recommend and the temple is booked all the way until AUGUST 2021 (which is good), but bad for my daughter. And then I can't look at the other 4 (mesa is still being worked on) Temples to see if there are any openings. You would think that if no one has taken it from their own Temple area and there is an opening that we could then step up and use that time, right?

I put my note in the attachment, but in the long run if I had picked 3 temples close to me - I should be able to schedule at ALL (3) TEMPLES (if they were open), correct?

I'm just thinking out loud on this one, but it seems if the Temple area is not utilizing their Temple and you have people that can come in and help with Baptism's and doing Baptisimal work - wouldn't that be something we would want to have done?

Not frustrated, just thinking out loud.

You are only able to look at your temple because the current policy is that you can only attend your assigned temple.

My guess is that if your assigned temple is booked until August 2021, other nearby temples probably are, too.
