Church Website Search Bar (as "Living Life", "Serve", "About us", etc. Bars) disappeared

Recently when I have gone onto the ChurchofJesusChrist.org (Church's Website, the Top Part of the Page (Where it says "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints", has the Search Bar; has the Categories: Living Life, Serve, About us, etc.; and aswell as the Globe/World, and Profile Symbol/Emoji (aswell as other(s))) has Disappeared. I have checked on another Computer and it looks Normal (or like how it usually does). This has just happened recently, but I do not know how to fix it, or make it return to the Original Look. So I can get access to my account, use the Search bar, and generally Navigate the Website better, as I used to. My Computer is an ACER Chromebook. Thankyou.

That happens now and then. I'm guessing it's the dreaded cookie build-up problem that church websites have. Try incognito/privacy mode. If that works, then kill all the cookies related to church websites.

Hi, Thankyou for responding. I have both went into Incognito/Guest mode, aswell as Cleared my cookies, but the Website (on both) still look the Same. I wondered if I may have done something with my computer, but I'm not sure what it is. Anything else?

You might try a different browser. If that doesn't work, I recommend you ask someone local to help such as your ward/branch clerk or technology specialist.

If your window is narrow, the bar collapses into a "hamburger" icon on the left side of the page.

This is a Second Post from the first one I posted a few days ago. It seems that when I go on the Church's Website, on my computer (ACER Chromebook) it seems as if the page isn't fully loaded, for example the pictures that appear in the "Boxes" or Topic on the Main Page are blank/white, as well as the Navigation Bar/Church's Name/Search Bar, etc. has disappeared. I have cleared my cookies, done a hard reset, etc. but nothing has worked. When I have looked on other computers (even another similar Chromebook) the page looks normal, where mine does not. I don't know what to do, please help, Thankyou.

Last ditch effort: Press Ctrl-0. It resets the browser zoom to 100%. Some pages will do odd things at different zoom settings.

Beyond that, all I can suggest is to send feedback. Let them know that you've already tried clearing the cookies.

I'm not sure how individual servers in a server farm are assigned. It's possible one of them has a misconfigured header.

This issue persists with Chromebooks. Does anyone in Church Web Development have any direction when this will be fixed?

The following steps have been taken:

• Chromebook on version: 76.0.3809.136 (Official Build) (64-bit)

• All cache and cookies cleared

• Chromebook was even reset

• Attempted in Incognito
