The post immediately above yours gives one possible reason for the change.

There's a slight change that clearing browser cache and deleting cookies might fix it. There's a known problem that some Church website pages end up messing up the cookies.

If you can give a little more information about exactly what you see when you try to go to the donation page, that could help us find a solution.

Your ward/branch clerk may be able to help. If nothing else, the clerk can arrange for contact with the GSD and they can fix anything that can be fixed.
