Even though my account shows my MRN (Account Settings / Membership) as being included, it's somehow recognized as not having an MRN assigned and I get the message:
"Your Profile Isn't Complete Yet" "ADD Membership Number"
Similarly, I can't see any other members of the unit or ward directory, probably because I'm not recognized as a real member.
Anyone seen this before?

Try private or incognito mode. Your browser might be pulling stale data from your cookies.
Also make sure you're logging in with the same account name.

When you click on "add membership number," does it take you to the Church Account page where you record your membership record number on your account?

Also are you using the same account you used to login here? This account has your MRN on it correctly.

Yes, when I go to the identity, it shows the MRN correctly. However, there are problems with the membership directory (no unit or other members), and the CES schools (BYU, BYU-I) don't recognize her login as valid. I've tried private along with cleaned cookies, various browsers. We know there were country limitations before and Iraq was censured for some church apps (had to use VPNs), but the problem remains here from US-based ISPs. We can't continue her educational applications without leaders being able to do ecclesiastical endorsements online. This area of the Church does not have recognized branch/ward/mission, etc. It falls under the Beirut Lebanon District.
p.s.: I'm trying to help a Sister in Iraq (we were the senior couple in charge of the country there) -- hence the difference between my name here and the name on the picture.

Unless someone can figure out something, it's probably best to get past the CES first level "do it online" support and get to an actual person who can figure this out.

The problem isn't just with CES tho -- the CES issue is manifested when the SSO is invoked, but there are still problems with just the church account. That needs to be solved still. Any recommendations on how to get this resolved just within the church mls?

This is possibly related to the member being in Iraq. I am sending you an email with some more specific details.
The record will be assigned to a unit, but it gets a little interesting in cases where there isn't a functioning branch.
