Is there a way to find the pictures from the Ensign online they are missing?

I am trying to find out if the Rick Walton from this article https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/stu ... s?lang=eng is my sisters' father-in-law. He is now dead, so I can't ask him. He got married to his wife in 1983, but she never heard about him writing this song. This article at the bottom indicates a caption text for pictures that are missing, including one of potentially her father in law. I am hoping to find a PDF version of this ensign, or a copy that has the picture so I can see if it is him.

Also, is there anywhere where we can request access to find the submitted song that won first place?
