Need to add my MRN number to new account. Deleted old account.

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Hello,

I had 2 accounts, one contained all my updated personal information - including tithing history. The other contained outdated information, but it had my MRN number. I proceeded to delete the account with the MRN number, but now I am not able to add my MRN number to my new account.

Is there a away to rectify this?

You need to ask your unit clerk for the number to the Global Service Department. They can help you resolve your two accounts. I don't think the one with your tithing history is the one without your MRN since your MRN is tied to your tithing history (unless I'm mistaken).

I had this problem with a member of our branch. Ward/Branch clerk should be able to check donations for the member. if donations are made online from an account without a MRN, the donations are not tied to the Ward/Branch, so they will not appear on the ward's donaton record in LCR. Donations will appear on year end tax documents if the member goes to the online donations page after logging in, but will not be listed if the clerk generates a tax statement from LCR.
